Shipping policy

Dancing Daisy Designs ships via USPS, UPS or DHL shipping services. You are charges shipping based on the current shipping rate to your zip code or country by the carrier. In some cases shipping rates may be flat rate determined by the size or weight of your item or items. 

Customer & Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tracking information is automatically generated when your order is shipped. Please refer to the tracking information provided by the carrier for updates on your delivery. 

Dancing Daisy Designs is not responsible for damage incurred after your package is handed over to the shipping provider. If you receive a damaged box or package please take pictures before you open it. Pictures are required in order for any refunds for damaged or broken items by the carrier. See our Refund Policy for more details. 

Dancing Daisy Designs ships to USA, Canada, United Kingdom (some areas), New Zealand & Australia  *Please not that not all items may be available for international shipping.
