Inspired by 18th-century French toile de Jouy, the 12x12” Palais Des Fleurs Stamp was created from an authentic 1700s wallpaper discovered in the Cooper Hewitt Museum. We stayed as true to the original artwork as possible, adjusting only a few primitive figures that didn't translate well to stamp form—to ensure every intricate detail would apply beautifully.
The elements can be used separately or pulled in tighter to create a complete repeat that mimics historic wallpaper. With its bouquets, floral swags, and fabric-like draping, this set is highly versatile—beautiful on furniture, wall panels, cards, and individual art pieces—and offers many ways to work with classic toile imagery in your projects.
Iron Orchid Designs Decor Stamps are great for stamping furniture, walls, decor, making signs, paper art and more. They are very well made to provide a nice crisp image. Don't forget to grab some ink as well. The columns/pieces on this stamp are separate so you can create your own design if you wish.
